Our appraisal staff consists of appraisers who are certified or licensed in the states of Missouri and Kansas and all are HUD approved for 203K and 203B loans. The appraisers also specialize in individual sections of the Kansas City metropolitan area and therefore have superior knowledge and experience in specific market areas.

We have been electronically transmitting appraisals since 1989; digital photos were added in 1994. Additionally, we have incorporated personal communications devices which would enable us to transmit appraisals from the field.
